Welcome to An's Kitchen. By accessing our website (https://anskitchen.in) or making reservations and booking party packages with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Pure Vegetarian Dining Policy
An's Kitchen is a strictly 100% Pure Vegetarian boutique cafe and restaurant. Outside non-vegetarian food or beverages are strictly prohibited on the cafe premises.
2. Table Reservations & Party Bookings
- Table Reservations: Requests submitted online or via WhatsApp are subject to table availability during peak dining hours. Tables are typically held for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time before being released to walk-in patrons.
- Party Packages (Kitty Party, Birthday, Corporate): Party package bookings require advance confirmation with cafe management. A minimum guarantee (MG) guest count applies as per the chosen package (e.g. minimum 12 guests for select packages).
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Advance notice of at least 24 hours is kindly requested for party rescheduling to ensure optimal food preparation and seating setup.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed in our menu and package schedules are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, photography, dish styling imagery, recipes, trademarks, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of An's Kitchen by A2G. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
